##Awards Submissions - it will be the responsibility of the Awards Officer to investigate all awards submissions as necessary to make sure that the appropriate award is being given, with the proper authority, and meeting all requirements.  Additionally all awards requiring approval by the PFA will be forwarded for discussion/vote.
 
##Awards Review -  from time to time the DPM may direct the awards officer to assist in reviewing the current award system for the purpose of improvements of the overall system.

This officer is subject to removal or demotion in rank. It shall be the duty of the Director of Recruitment only to remove a Task Force Attaché, and is solely responsible for the investigation that leads to this decision.
