The current membership of the PFA is as follows, listed in order of attainment of position.
- Pegasus Fleet Commanding Officer: Vice Admiral Roman Sanchez (took office 10th October, 2009)
- Pegasus Fleet Executive Officer: Rear Admiral Benjamin Edwards (took office 10th October, 2009)
- Chief of Fleet Operations: Commodore Robert Shafto (took office 10th October, 2009)
- Judge Advocate General: Commodore Anastasia Webster (took office 14th October, 2009)
- Academy Commandant: Commodore Darren Thompson (took office 13th November, 2009)
- Director of Fleet Recruitment: Commodore Luke Roharren (took office 22nd November, 2009)
