The Director of Personnel Management is a member of the PF Admiralty and is responsible, primarily, for transfers of personnel within the Fleet.

Assigning 'Any Ship' apps to an appropriate simm
Creating an updating Fleet Awards in conjunction with the Pegasus Fleet Admiralty
Ensuring the crews of ships whose COs have just left or been removed are promptly contacted and presented their options
Handling all intra-fleet transfers
Responding to any personnel or award-related problems or enquiries
Being a member of Pegasus Fleet Admiralty
Handing in a Monthly report to both the Pegasus Fleet Admiralty and Pegasus Fleet Commanding Officers

The current "Acting" Director of Personnel Management is Admiral Kaitlen Walford.
