Limited to only a few classes (review classes to find best fit, newer classes preferred but could be a good refit for any current modular ship design) Limited in scope, can't make new shuttle bays etc. Only new rooms which can be outfitted with medical equipment, science equipment, etc Time consuming. This can't be a quick process. Hours at minimum, for replicators to complete creating walls, etc
