1. Chief of Public Relations

  1. The Chief of Public Relations (CPR) shall be a voting member of the Pegasus Fleet Admiralty;
  2. The CPR shall supervise the operations of both the Personnel and Communications Advisors, upon appointment by the Fleet Admiralty;
  3. The CPR shall be responsible for the Fleet’s communication and relationships with other communities;
  4. The CPR shall serve as a resource to any and all persons looking for information about the fleet;
  5. The CPR shall be responsible for developing and maintaining Fleet’s morale;
  6. The CPR shall maintain a Leave of Absence list for all members of the fleet’s leadership;
  7. The CPR shall operate all of the Fleet’s community and recruitment related activities (including the fleet’s forums, chat server, social media and recruitment accounts, as well as community-wide events).

2. Personnel ​​Advisor

  1. The Personnel Advisor (PA) shall coordinate the transfer of any player from one Pegasus Fleet simulation to another Pegasus Fleet simulation;
  2. The PA shall coordinate the resignation/removal of any simulation’s Commanding Officer using the following procedure:
    1. Contact the simulation’s crew with seven days to either assume command, transfer to another simulation, or be removed from the game’s manifest;
      1. Should a crew member step up for command, the s/he will be guided through the application process;
      2. Should a crew member request transfer, the PA will facilitate the move;
      3. Should a crew member request to be removed, the PA will clear the player from the ship’s records.
  3. The PA shall keep the CPR CC’d in all official correspondence;
  4. Additional duties may be given at the discretion of the CPR.

3. Communications Advisor

  1. The Communications Advisor (CA) shall assist the CPR in maintaining the Fleet’s social media presence;
  2. The CA shall serve as a recruitment resource to Commanding Officers;
  3. The CA shall support Commanding Officers in writing a recruitment advertisement for his/her simulation;
    1. The CA shall not write an advertisement on behalf of a Commanding Officer, but s/he may post an advertisement on the behest of the CPR.
  4. The CA shall keep the CPR CC’d in all official correspondence;
  5. Additional duties may be given at the discretion of the CPR.
