PFDR Standing Orders

Below are the standing orders for the Pegasus Fleet Department of Resources. These orders reflect the merged duties of the department as well as any new/modified duties that fall under the departments after the restructure.

Pegasus Fleet Director of Resources Standing Orders

  1. The Pegasus Fleet Director of Resources (PFDR) will create and manage the creation of wiki articles and IFS entries related to Ship Specifications, New Technology, Weapons Systems, Defensive Systems, Alien Race Profiles, Cultural Profiles, Fleet Canon, and other related items.
  2. The PFDR may select two deputies, one for Research & Development activities (Chief of Starfleet Engineering) and Galactic Anthropology related activities (Chairman of the Galactic Anthropology Committee), pending approval of the PFA.
  3. The PFDR will review any and all submissions from the Chief of Starfleet Engineering and Chairman of the GAC and either approve them to be posted, or send them back to the respective department for edits and enhancements.
  4. The PFDR does not require approval for submission of articles to the fleet wiki, however immediate action is required should PFA request a modification or removal.
  5. The PFDR will regularly monitor wiki articles and IFS entries to insure that they are up to date and valid. The duty of updating any inaccurate or out of date articles can be assigned to the relevant deputy or corrected by the PFDR personally.
  6. The PFDR shall regularly interact with the COs and players in the fleet to keep a pulse on what is needed, any concerns, and where the Department of Resources should be focused.

Chief of Starfleet Engineering Standing Orders

  1. The Chief of Sterfleet Engineering (CSE) works with the PFDR to draft and update Tech and specs related information
  2. The CSE may draft their own documentation and information regarding tech and specs, but it must be reviewed and approved by the PFDR.
  3. The CSE does not receive a vote on the PFA.
  4. The CSE may select other members of the fleet to work with them with regard to documentation if need be or desired. These additional helpers will not be counted as fleet staff, nor will they receive a vote for PFA voting purposes.

Chairman of the Galactic Anthropology Committee Standing Orders

  1. The Chief of Chairman of the Galactic Anthropology Committee (CGAC) works with the PFDR to draft and update cultural, fleet canon, and historical information
  2. The CGAC may draft their own documentation and information regarding cultural, fleet canon, and historical information, but it must be reviewed and approved by the PFDR.
  3. The CGAC does not receive a vote on the PFA.
  4. The CGAC may select other members of the fleet to work with them with regard to documentation if needed or desired. These additional helpers will not be counted as fleet staff, nor will they receive a vote for PFA voting purposes.
