Ritoria (or Ritor V') is the fifth planet of the Ritor system. It is the primary planet of the Ritorian Confederacy, and is the capital planet of the Confederacy, serving as the seat of the Blessed Council and of the office of the Pontiff, and serving as the central headquarters for the Ritorian Navy and Army.

Climate and geography

From at least the dawn of Ritorians, Ritor V has been a Class M world by 23rd century planetary classification standards. Since that time, Ritoria has had several major landmasses, encompassing 75% of the planet's surface, the majority of which feature a temperate climate. By the 24th Century, the seas on Ritoria had become so polluted as to obtain a distinct red colouring. The planet's drinking, washing and cooking water has had to be imported from neighbouring worlds for many years.
