Fletcher, whose Real-Life name is Kurt, is the Commanding Officer of Starbase 519, which was founded in February 2009. He is a life long Star Trek fan, and started simming early in 2009. He currently commands Starbase 519 within the fleet, and has one playing character and several npcs on the starbase. His favorite Star Trek movie is Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, and his favorite Star Trek Series is Deep Space Nine
